As frequently seen during the Super Bowl commercials this year, Paramount Plus is the newest streaming service and will be released on March 4. Formerly known as CBS All Access, Paramount Plus is the advanced and updated version and will include news, sports, ViacomCBS channels, and a wide variety of movies and TV shows from Paramount Pictures studio.
Specifically, CBS, BET, MTV, Comedy Central, Nickelodeon, the Smithsonian Channel, and much more will be added to the streaming service. Ranging from Criminal Minds to iCarly, Paramount Plus will also incorporate their own originals, such as Star Trek: Picard, Star Trek: Discovery, and even The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge on the Run. CBSN, CBS Sports HQ, and ET Live, will be more in-depth for sports fans and pop-culture. Paramount Plus is not fully centered into one category, making it appealing to everyone. Over 30,000 episodes in total, roughly 2,500 movies, and more than 1,000 sport and news events live. It is expected over the next two years, about 50 new tv-shows will roll out, meaning 5,000 episodes of pop-culture, 6,000 of comedy, and 7,000 for children.
Paramount Plus is set to have two subscription offers. $10 a month for the premium version and without advertising, while in June, they will add a subscription option of $5 a month with advertising and will have limited access to some TV shows and movies. Altogether, Paramount Plus is on the way to be a great streaming service for the whole family and to see more information on the rest of the tv-shows, movies, and even reboots, go to https://deadline.com/2021/02/paramount-programming-tv-series-films-streaming-viacomcbs-1234700647/
