-Salt (to taste)
-Lemon (to taste)

-1 medium finely chopped onions (More if you want)
-2 Boiled potatoes
-Red or Green chili chopped
-Coriander finely chopped
-Black/White salt to taste

Recipe:
Get a medium sized bowl and put water in it.
Add Pani Puri masala, salt, black salt, lemon and the chopped chilies to the water.
Mix well and leave it as it is.
Heat the pan with oil in it. Make sure the oil is hot, then add the Puri into the oil.
Deep fry the Puri 5 at a time. Once it starts getting brown, crispy and puffy, take it out.
For the stuffing, first boil the potatoes and make sure it feels like mashed potatoes.
Add the chopped onions, chilies, coriander and black or white salt to your taste.
Mix it well with a glove on or with a spoon.
Eat after you make a hole in the Puri and enjoy!
